The last weekend of this month Michael will move in.

Last night we set the timeline and crafted the plan. This weekend we will begin getting this place ready. I already have been working on that for months, especially one weekend in August when I did a lot of work to get ready.

Then we'll start moving his stuff down in phases and the last weekend he'll move for good.

We had been waiting for him to get a job, but now he wants to go ahead and move anyway, even if he doesn't have a job yet.

And, so, a moment I've looked forward to for longer than I can remember is about to happen -- the real, complete sharing of my life with another person.
