A friend also recently gave this book to Sebastian. A beautiful telling of Marian Anderson's story, with a song lyric on almost every page, inviting the reader to sing. Of course, after we finished the book, we then had to watch a YouTube clip of Anderson singing "My Country 'Tis of Thee" at her Lincoln Memorial concert.
